Alberto Paracchini is the President and CEO of Byline Bank, where he has led the institution’s growth into one of the nation’s top SBA lenders and a leading commercial bank. With decades of experience in banking and financial services, including senior leadership roles at Popular, Inc. and as a founding partner at BXM Holdings, Paracchini brings deep expertise in bank strategy, M&A, operations, and lending. He holds an MBA, with honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Travis Lan is the CFO of Valley National Bank, where he oversees financial and balance sheet strategy, corporate treasury, accounting, capital markets, and investor relations. With a background in investment banking and equity research, Lan brings deep expertise in M&A, capital planning, and balance sheet optimization. Prior to Valley, he held senior roles at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Stifel. Lan holds a degree from Bucknell University.
Jillian Chuck leads Comerica Bank’s commercial deposit and liquidity strategy, overseeing product development and revenue optimization. She played a key role in launching Comerica Maximize, a solution that integrates interest-bearing accounts with cash management services to better serve commercial clients. With a background in treasury and finance roles at Fifth Third Bank, Chuck brings deep expertise in balance sheet strategy and client-centric product design. She holds both a B.A. in International Affairs and an MBA from Xavier University.
